- Only the terms listed below apply unless otherwise stated and signed for agreement by the customer. In the event of a dispute, only Turnhout’s court or tribunal is authorized.
- Complaints concerning the conformity or visible defects must be send us in writing within 8 days of the delivery and before the use of the goods.
- Delivery periods indicated are only for information and are not binding. Delay of delivery can never give rise to penalty, damages or dissolution of the agreement.
- If the buyer wishes to cancel an order, this must be done in writing. He will receive confirmation if this is possible.
- Return of goods; right of withdrawal, Warranty, Repeal or Repairs can only be done with the return form, goods returned without form will be refused. You will find the terms and conditions on our site.
- If the buyer does not collect the goods within 2 months after being notified that the goods are inside, we consider the agreement to be dissolved. This will void the right to the advance paid.
- The goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk, unless in case of intentional or gross negligence of the carrier. The transport costs, unless otherwise specified, are fort he account of the buyer.
- The goods offered for sale are not always ready for use and in some cases require adjustment work. We can not be held responsable if purchased goods can not be used / placed without modifications. Customizations made by the customer take place on your own responsibility. Ordered or custom goods can of course not be exchanged or taken back.
- All items are for sporting purposes only.
- In the case of invoices under 25 € ex VAT and ex postage, an administration fee of 5 € will be charged
- We are not responsible for errors on the site, so we can always cancel an order.
- All our prices on the site listed include 21% VAT.

- Only the terms listed below apply unless otherwise stated and signed for agreement by the customer. In the event of a dispute, only the Court or the magistrate’s Court of Turnhout are competent.
- Complaints concerning the conformity or visible defects must be send to us within 8 days of the delivery and before the use or resale of the goods.
- All invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise was determined. The protest against the invoice must be made in writing within 8 days of the invoice date.
- In case of non-payment of the invoice within the time limit without prior notice of default from the due date delay interest is payable equal to the legal interest of 8.5%. In addition, a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the invoice amount with a minimum amount of €15. As long as the delivered goods were not paid, they remain property of the seller. In the event of non-payment, we have the right to discontinue deliveries.

If goods are taken back anyway after prior arrangement and approval must be within 7 days back on our address to be present with return form, in new condition without damaging the packaging. Also a cost of 10% of the value of the article, and an amount of €10 retained for billing and processing charges.
- Detectable by our error delivered items must be reported to us in writing within 2 working days if later reported, they are not taken into consideration.
- Return of goods, warranty, repail or repairs can only be done with the return form, goods returned without form will be refused. You can find the terms and conditions on our site.

- Orders must be done in writing or via the site. The full article numbers must be provided in the order to avoid dispute. Orders are automatically placed on backorder. They are delivered immediately if they arrive by RPower, cancelling is then no longer possible.
- Orders will be shipped by our transport company unless otherwise agreed, at collections, the entrepreneur or Deputy itself must be taken the goods away,
- you must keep to the sales prices of RPower for resale, if this is not the case the delivery can be discontinued or the discounts change without prior notice.
