Made in England. TRS cable loops are MSA compliant under Blue Book rule Q19.1.3 and are suitable for mounting on the front or rear of all car types. The total length is 33 cm, with a loop diameter of 13 cm, the center ID of the bolt hole mounting plate is 15,00 mm.

The following MSA Blue Book configuration is strongly endorsed by TRS: Vehicles must be equipped with two front and two rear towing eyes equally spaced on either side of the longitudinal centreline. TRS towing eyes are made of steel wire with a diameter of 6 mm and a core of 6×19 wire strands.

Each towing eye has a breaking force of more than 2,35 tonnes and allows the passage of a 60 mm diameter cylinder, located 25 mm in front of the adjacent body - 100 mm above and below this hole must be left to allow recovery crews to to enable straps and buckles to be fastened in order to recover the vehicle.

The towing eye must be attached to a structural part of the chassis with a minimum of M10 (Grade 8.8) fixings, the inner part must be flexible to allow the towing eye to slide into the body profile.
