What are the shipping costs to send my item home?
The shipping cost always depends on the item you purchase (the size and dimensions), where it is sent to and which shipping method is chosen.
This cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping methods
RPower delivers your deliveries with DHL. If you use our express shipping you have your order delivered tomorrow (within Europe), when you order before 11:XNUMX AM (and the item is in stock). Please note: DHL does not collect orders on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot guarantee shipment on Thursdays (our closing day).
You can use the following shipping methods depending on your country:
- DOMESTIC EXPRESS (ordered before 11 a.m., delivered the same day)
- DHL (default)
- DHL Service Point (delivery to a collection point of your choice)
- Pick up at RPower (free)
- Small items by mail
Items are shipped together per order if everything is in stock.
The volume discount of 3% and 5% is only for shipments, not for collection.
