What is OPF : OPF state about this Otto Particle Filter and aims to absorb soot emissions from petrol engines. Gases can pass through this filter, but no soot particles. They are received by the FPO filter. It FPO The filter is located in the exhaust system and is actually a petrol variant of the particulate filter.
HJS offers a comprehensive range of tuning downpipes that have been tested according to UN ECE Regulation No. 103. This regulation sets out uniform conditions for the approval of replacement catalytic converters for motor vehicles and is valid in all countries affiliated to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. Germany is a Member State of this Agreement (E1).
Our ECE tuning downpipe may be used as a replacement part for the standard catalytic converter, provided the relevant vehicle type is stated in the scope of the catalytic converter approval. A change acceptance or correction of the vehicle papers is not necessary. However, the condition is that the vehicle's powertrain (engine, transmission, engine control unit, etc.) is in standard condition.
HJS offers a comprehensive range of ODB tuning downpipes without approval. The 200/300 cpsi tuning catalytic converters developed by HJS optimize the performance of the vehicles and significantly improve the sound. The high quality HJS coating on the metal catalyst is ODB compliant. There is no error message with correct installation. These catalytic converters have been developed and approved for performance enhancing vehicles. The downpipes are designed for left-hand drive vehicles. For right-hand drive vehicles, we cannot confirm that the downpipes can be installed plug-play. The ODB tuning downpipes are not allowed for use on public roads.
