The company has extensive experience in automotive suspension and chassis systems, and the combination of these design skills with advanced polyurethane manufacturing techniques has led to the development of a wide range of high performance automotive polyurethane components now known worldwide under the product name POWERFLEX.
The company operates in a self-contained state-of-the-art factory and produces everything in-house.
The stainless steel components are machined on the latest computer controlled equipment to ensure perfect repeatability and quality.

POWERFLEX was selected to receive a Queen's Award for Enterprise International Trade 2013 and certified to ISO 2014 as a manufacturer in December 9001, underlining their quality and status as a global exporter.
For those who are not familiar with this, it is an international standard to demonstrate that the company works according to a system of quality procedures.

OUR RANGES
Road series - for road use and fast on the road.

POWERFLEX Road Series bushings improve the handling and chassis performance of your cars by controlling the amount of unwanted flex in the suspension. This means that the suspension does what it is supposed to do. It means your tires have more contact with the road at all times, improving safety and performance. Properly formulated polyurethane is just as good, if not better, at suppressing noise, vibration and harshness compared to worn rubber. Our road rubbers offer longer tire life, improved performance, greater safety and greater cost-effectiveness.

Black Series – for track and motorsport use.

POWERFLEX Black Series bushings are manufactured using our Black 95 Shore A compound for maximum control over chassis geometry. They are designed for the track, ready to race and designed to be the best. This compound can withstand up to 80% more stress than standard rubber and 25% stiffer than our purple performance material. If your requirements are purely for the ultimate in handling and chassis performance then the Powerflex Black Series is unique and offers the most accurate and precise alignment for your chassis.

Heritage collection - for classic and restoration use.

POWERFLEX Heritage Collection buses are manufactured using modern materials with road-oriented properties. These dark gray colored bushings will upgrade any collector's car while retaining the same standard look of a rubber bushing. Our new range responds to the growing demand for high quality replacement parts that aesthetically match the appearance of the original part and the restoration project as a whole, while offering all the performance and longevity benefits offered by Powerflex's unique blend of polyurethane. We go a step further than simply using the same material and hardness for all our parts, each part location has its own shore designation to ensure improved suspension performance without discomfort or vibration, all of which come in our new 'Classic' Dark Gray color suitable for all road applications.

OUR MATERIALS
Our materials are color coded for easy identification. The shore classification and their common uses are explained below.

Red 65A - Used for our universal exhaust mounts and diesel engine mounts.

Yellow 70A - Mainly used for engine mounts, differential mounts and subframe mounts or areas where the bus needs a lot of movement and absorption.

Purple 80A – Our most common material. This is used in most parts of the suspension and provides the right mix between performance and compliance.

Black 95A – Our hardest material. This is typically used for our Black Series range or in our Road Series where the vehicle's standard suspension requirements require us to use this hardness of material, ie in high stress areas.

Grey* – Specifically used for our Heritage collection. This can be any of the durometers listed but will always be the same as the equivalent part from our Road Series, ie if it is Purple 80A in our Road Series it would be Gray 80A in our Heritage Collection.
